My Story · In My Own Words
I studied Communications and Psychology from St. Xaviers, worked in places like The Times of India, Ogilvy and Mather, Google, Indian School of Business, National Geographic Traveller. I had a 15 year long corporate career in Journalism, Advertising, Content Marketing and Travel Research before I got into Health Coaching. I now help Postpartum and Perimenopause women around the globe get to a health state they are proud of, and live many lives in one lifetime.
Being a former National Tennis Player, for most of my life, I was naturally athletic, fit and deeply connected to my body.
Then three pregnancies in three years changed everything.
It left me physically exhausted, emotionally burnt out and 33 kilos heavier than I had ever been before. I struggled with constant fatigue, low energy, overwhelm and the feeling that I was on the brink of losing myself forever.
Like most women, I tried to solve it the only way I knew how back then.
Keto. Paleo. The GM diet. Intermittent fasting. Eating less. Trying harder. Starting over again on Monday.
Some approaches worked temporarily. Nothing truly lasted.
Because the real issue was never a lack of discipline.
It was that my body was exhausted, stressed and completely unsupported.
That experience changed the way I understood weight loss and women's health forever.
